温海珍,男,江西宁都人,钱塘特聘教授、博士生导师,主要研究方向:城市发展与管理、房地产经济与管理、工程经济与管理。主持国家自然基金2项、国家社科基金2项,撰写著作3部、教材2部,发表学术论文90余篇,其中被SSCI收录40余篇。研究成果发表在Cities、Habitat International等国际期刊以及中国土地科学、经济地理、地理研究、统计研究、财贸经济等国内核心期刊。曾入选浙江大学“紫金计划”和“新星计划”、浙江省151人才工程。主要社会兼职有世界华人不动产学会(GCREC),理事;中国高校房地产学者联谊会,理事;中国房地产中青年学者30人论坛,成员;中国建筑学会工程管理研究分会,青年委员;中国城市经济学会城市可持续建设与管理专业委员会,副秘书长;中国城市经济学会房地产专业委员会,委员;项目管理与技术,期刊编委;Urbanization and Land Use,期刊编委。
